Calendar View

Description of problem:
Access Events page,and click "Calendar View",it is not shown well as the attachment.
This bug only could be reproduced on INT,but on devenv,it is ok.

"Calendar View"  is not shown well

The drupal specific CSS does not seem to be loading.  This is the CSS that loads from the path /sites/default/files/css/css_{digest}.css
