there is 500 error happening in chrome browser and the tags don't auto-match.

Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.11-1 on devel server with chrome.
firefox is ok.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a test case in the chrome browser.
2.then add tags for the case and check the web UI and console.

Actual results:
in the web page,the tag does not auto-match.
in the console,there is 500 error.

Expected results:
when input part of the tag,it should auto-match out the tags with no errors.

Additional info:
This only happens on chrome browser.
