Description of problem: I have 4K sector HDD in my server. server is set to UEFI mode. I have not initialized the HDD from SAS controller. when I start OS installation it will hang for forever.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set server in UEFI mode
2.Create VD from SAS controller but do not initialize the VD
3.Start OS installation

Actual results:
Installation hangs for forever.

Expected results:
Installation should success

Additional info:
Tested on R730 server with 1.0.2 BIOS.

This issue is coming because "wopefs" is failing to delete the signature.
So problem belong to util-linux package

Tested manually for wipefs command it is not going in loop
