Tests testing libyaml integration fails on BE as there is an error in _yaml.c, causing builds failures. Replacing int with size_t in function _pyx_f_5_yaml_input_handler fixes test failures on BE. In attachment is patch fixing this issue.

PyYAML-3.10-10.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.
PyYAML-3.10-10.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.
PyYAML-3.11-6.fc21 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 21.
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing PyYAML-3.11-6.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.
