Description of problem:
on vt2.2 clean setup setup of reports fails with error: Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': Could not detect Jasper war folder

rhevm-reports-3.5.0-3

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to install rhevm with reports 

Actual results:
engine-setup will fail with error

Expected results:
engine-setup should complete successfully

I have an installation of rhevm-reports-3.5.0-3 , rhevm-dwh-3.5.0-2.el6_5.noarch
on vm 10.35.17.183 from yesterday and I did not get any error.
Please check your enviroment is setuped currectly and that you install on a clean enviroment.
You can log to my machin to check for differences.

it works now, i realized i had ovirt repos enabled besides rhevm repos so it pulled some dependency from ovirt (maybe there should be exact versions of some dependencies instead of minimal versions)
