The height of the panel was (almost) unnoticeably increased, so that all contents now fits, and the scrollbar is no longer necessary.

1. Hosts -> your host -> Setup Host Networks

Actual results:
there is a redundant vertical scroll bar in Setup Networks dialog

Expected results:
no vertical scroll bar in Setup Networks dialog
