Description of problem:
[known issue] in some text fields we don't support languages which we have localization already

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Version: 3.5.0-0.10.master.el6ev

How reproducible:
Example scenario:
1. login into administrator portal in https://<ip or domain>/ovirt-engine/webadmin/?locale=en_US#login
2. create Data Center with name or description : große_Prüfung
3. click on OK

Actual results:
you can't complete this action and the field frame colored in red(see attached snapshot)
if I hover with the mouse over the the field I got the title: "Name can contain only 'A-Z', 'a-z', '0-9', '_' or '-' characters."

Expected results:
IMHO when we localize our UI product to 
German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese and simplified Chinese
we should support also the option to write in text fields in these languages.

Hi Kobi,
   This is not a documentation bug but a feature request. Re-assigning it to webadmin-portal component. If the component is not correct, please re-assign this to the correct component.

So the description should have said:
We currently don't support ABCD see Bug YYYY. Please add a release note with regards to that.
And, as you originally did, put it on Guides.

I suggest you open a new one. The description and title of this one is misleading (see Julie who thought that it is an issue with webadmin).
