Description of problem:
- Not working X button, no caption in header, no close, reset and ok button on dialog 'New'
- Buttons "Expand All" "Collapse All" not working
- The buttons not working in 'Edit' Role and 'Copy' Role too.

1. Click on 'Configure' at right-top corner
2. Click on tab 'Roles'
3. Click on 'New'
