There's now a beta release.  I'm eager to try the Bluetooth Low Energy support.

yup, I'll be working on packaging 5.4.0-beta for rawhide starting this weekend.

beta is now in rawhide for awhile... probably will wait for 5.4.0 final before considering f21 updates
