(now) reported upstream: https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1372304 Fixed in Kilo upstream, comment #5 indicates that there is an issue with the fix (tracked in https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1379931, fix not yet merged) and both patches will need to be backported at the same time. This bug is resolved by the current packages available from the Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 7 repository. According to our records, this should be resolved by python-django-horizon-2015.1.2-4.el7ost. This build is available now. Created attachment 936562 [details] screen shot With a Neutron install there is a Network tab and under either Network Topology or Networks there is a button to create a network. The Create Network dialogue does not have a cancel button even on the first screen, just a grayed out Back button and a Next button. See attached screen shot.
