Description of problem:
After a reboot:
To be able to print, I need to remove the printer (printer setting) and then
to re-add the printer with hp-setup

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cups-1.7.4-3.fc20.x86_64

How reproducible:
All times on this machine after a reboot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reboot
2. Install the printer (unlock) and print normally
3. Reboot and print again 

Actual results:
The printer seems installed, lpr foo
printing foo on HP_laserjet_P1005
then
printing complete foo on HP_laserjet_P1005 in complete
But no printing

Expected results:
Printing

Could this be the same as bug #1033952?

Yes, I guess. I do observe this behavior too.
