Hi, Anaconda is using python-urlgrabber, which is to be dropped for Fedora 22. Please consider using urllib, PyCurl or a similar solution instead. Thank you.

anaconda-22.20.6-1.fc22 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 22. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/anaconda-22.20.6-1.fc22
Punted on this for f22. requests, which was what was used in the update, does not support ftp or file URLs (file is needed for NFS repos), and if one more person suggests using pycurl I will say angry things to you. I'm looking at ways to stop using urlgrabber for f23.
