Description of problem:
if you click on network labels in New Network dialog there is a redundant vertical vertical line, when many labels are added it changes to scrollbar, when only a few labels are present it should not be visible

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create 2 networks with labels
2. Networks -> New -> click into Network Label input field


Actual results:
there is a redundant vertical vertical line

Expected results:
when only a few labels are present line should not be visible

This looks like it should have been a scroll bar (which would have been a bug as well of course). Strange that it's rendered this way.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.
