Description of problem:
Inconsistent behavior of layouts in all GUI pop-ups windows. 
It seem that layouts, where you can configure values or letters by yourself, you can configure from the beginning of the layout.
All other layouts, where you can choose parameters or values from a list, behave in inconsistent way. Some of them starts from the beginning of the layout, and some of them starts after a gap of one letter from the beginning of the layout.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. For example open a New/Edit VM window > General tab

Actual results:
On the New/Edit VM window > General tab > this layouts start from beginning:
Cluster
Based on template
Instance type

This layouts start with a gap from the beginning:

Optimized for

Expected results:
Should be consistent behavior for all layouts in pop-ups windows in GUI

This Inconsistent behavior of the layouts is happen in all GUI pop-ups windows.

Einav, if it reported to happen on all pop-up windows, is this UX or Infra?

Much better indeed. Seems to be consistent trough all the dialog windows in the web admin portal.

This request has been proposed for two releases. This is invalid flag usage. The ovirt-future release flag has been cleared. If you wish to change the release flag, you must clear one release flag and then set the other release flag to ?.

Verified on - 4.2.0-0.0.master.20170514192031.gitbcb4208.el7.centos

All layouts in the web admin UI dialog windows are now consistent.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
