Description of problem:
Inconsistent terminology used for Data Centers in Add Virtual Disk

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a system with no active Data Center, navigate to the Disks tab and click on Add
2. Note the dialog that comes up with the error/information text

Actual results:
Error notes “There are no active Data-Centers in the system.”

Expected results:
Data-Centers should be replaced with Data Centers to match text in the UI
