Rubygem-Staypuft: The rhel-osp-installer machine appears in the list of "free" machines to choose from when assinging hosts to deplpoyment roles.


Environment:
rhel-osp-installer-0.3.4-3.el6ost.noarch

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install rhel-osp-installer.
2. Configure a deployment of any type.
3. In the overview tab of the deployment click on "+" next to any deployment role.
  or
   Go to the "Hosts" tab of the deployment, and click on the "Free" link.

Result:
In addition to the discovered hosts, the staypuft machine also appears in the list as possible selection candidate.

Expected result:
Only the non-assigned/discovered hosts should be available for selection and appear under the Hosts->Free tab.
