Inkscape build failure

Inkscape currently fails to build in rawhide (against gcc 4.9.1) due to compile errors.  Output of `rpmbuild -bc inkscape.spec` is attached.

This looks like a bug in libsigc++, which was just updated and should, I believe, include the fix.  I'm testing and if so I'll get this fixed ASAP.

Fixed in rawhide, fix coming in f21.
