Description of problem:
as summary

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.11-1 on devel server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a test plan,https://tcms-devel.app.eng.nay.redhat.com/plan/10142/plan-tcms-2#testruns
2.then check the all test runs and click clone.
Check the result.

Actual results:
it would be 500 error if cloning all the runs belonging to the plan.

Expected results:
it should redirect to the clone run page.
