the plan would have errors in the console and the page style is so ugly.

Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.11-1 on devel server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a test plan,https://tcms-devel.app.eng.nay.redhat.com/plan/10316/zhong-wen-plan-y-y-1233#
2.then edit and upload a odt file.Check the result.
3.then upload a html file and check the result.

Actual results:
step 2:there are 500 error.
step 3:there are some errors in the console but the file was uploaded to the plan.
However,the page style is so ugly.

I found that there was a bug in odfpy when we use ODF2XHTML to convert odf file. Already commit a patch to the upsteam, waiting for merge and re-packaging.

verify on devel server with 3.8.11-2:pass
verify steps are the same as the description.
