Description of problem:

After bringing a host out of maintenance I attempted to begin an engine migration to the host. The error message was "The host myactualhostname did not satisfy internal filter HA because ${detailMessage}."

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.5-pre

How reproducible:
Unknown.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start engine host in maintenance mode.
2. Disable maintenance.
3. Quickly migrate engine to started host

Actual results:
"The host myactualhostname did not satisfy internal filter HA because ${detailMessage}.

Expected results:
"The host myactualhostname did not satisfy internal filter HA because <detailed message such as host is not ready>.

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
