Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 6.0.4 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click Administer->Locations 2. Click Help button on the top left of page. Actual results: [CCJK] Unlocalized period next to the end sentence 'organizations' link. Expected results: The period should be localized or removed.
