Description of problem:
The help icon (question mark) on edit tab (of VM for example) should be right next to the title of tab. This happens in languages such as france, spain or german.

Putting UX, as from the description it sounds like it is related to all dialogs.

What is the version of the branding rpm that you have? The header colors look all wrong, they should be white instead of black.

seems to be fixed after update to rhevm-setup-3.5.0-0.13.beta.el6ev.noarch, closing
