Description of problem:
DNS setting will roll-back to default after add RHEV-H to RHEVM
No such issue when dhcp server doesn't provide default dns address

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEV-H, the default value of dns is (10.66.127.17)
2. Modify DNS to new one(e.g. change from 10.66.127.17 to 10.66.72.80)
3. From RHEVM side, add RHEV-H to RHEVM and active it.
4. Focus on DNS.

Actual results:
DNS setting will roll-back to default (10.66.127.17) after add RHEV-H to 
RHEVM.

Expected results:
DNS still effect after add RHEV-H to RHEVM.

Additional info:
The bug only occurs when add RHEV-H to RHEVM, no such issue when 
register RHEV-H to RHEV-M.

This bug can be reproduced on RHEV-H 6.6 for RHEV 3.5 
(rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20141107.0.iso)

This functionality will move to cockpit, where this bug does not apply anymore.
