Document URL: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_JBoss_BPM_Suite/6.0/html-single/Installation_Guide/index.html#Setting_up_transaction_manager Section Number and Name: "4. Install the transaction manager." Describe the issue: there is no description explaining "Red Hat does not support Bitronix library itself". Suggestions for improvement: Please add above explanation. Additional information: If customer wants the official support for a transaction manager, JBoss EAP is the one they would better to use.
Thanks Hisao. I have added the following comment in this section near the setting up the transaction manager heading. I have deliberately not said anything about using EAP if support is required. "Please note that the following section describes the setup of a transaction manager, Bitronix that is not officially supported by Red Hat." This can be verified here [1]. Moving to ON_QA. Vikram, I am sorry but I cannot find your comment "Please note that the following section describes the setup of a transaction manager, Bitronix that is not officially supported by Red Hat." anywhere in the "Setting up transaction manager" section. I followed the link [1]. Have I missed anything? [1] https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_JBoss_BPM_Suite/6.0/html-single/Installation_Guide/index.html#Setting_up_transaction_manager
Oh sorry Marek! I put the link to access.redhat.com instead of documentation stage. The correct link is here [1]. Moving back to ON_QA. No problem Vikram, verified with the correct link.
