clear_running_commands XMLRPC call was failing (see bug 1142532) but nothing is logged. Instead we just get the following in syslog:

Sep 12 13:36:33 lab-02 beaker-provision[13740]: bkr.labcontroller.provision DEBUG Copying default boot loader images
Sep 12 13:36:33 lab-02 beaker-provision[13740]: bkr.labcontroller.provision DEBUG Clearing old running commands

and a dead daemon.
