Description of problem: nfsstat does not support printing io/th/ra statistics from /proc/net/rpc/nfsd, it would be nice to have these metrics supported alongside with everything else.
Patches sent to the upstream list for io/ra, adding th probably does not make sense any more: http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git/commit/?id=8bbfa9f3889b643fc7de82c0c761ef17097f8faf Thanks.

Please resubmit with the proper 'Signed-off-by:' as defined in http://kernelnewbies.org/UpstreamMerge/SubmittingPatches Sorry for the hassle...
