Select as SPM error with no attached storage domain
Description of problem:
On a Data Center with no Storage domains, Select as SPM is available for the attached hosts and throws error which is missing some details
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.5 vt3.1
How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure there are no Storage domains and at least one attached host
2. Click on the Hosts tab and click on an existing host
3. Click on the Select as SPM button
Actual results:
An error message comes up noting “Error while executing action: Cannot force select SPM: Storage Domain cannot be accessed.
-Please check that at least one Host is operational and Data Center state is up.”
Expected results:
Optimally, the Select as SPM button should be disabled with a tooltip noting there are no attached Storage domains. If we enable the button, the error message should be altered to something along the lines of:
“Error while executing action 'Select as SPM': There is no configured Storage domain.
- Please ensure that the host is operational and that the Status is 'Up'.”
