Description of problem:
creating new VM in backend without validating vm's name in front end,
resulting can't do action for bad names (say with space)

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a new VM
2.set name with spaces - "my vm"
3.

Actual results:
cant do action failure

Expected results:
UI validation, if fails, no backend action occurred
