rhel-osp-installer-0.3.5-1.el6ost.noarch
ruby193-rubygem-foreman_openstack_simplify-0.0.6-8.el6ost.noarch
openstack-foreman-installer-2.0.24-1.el6ost.noarch
openstack-puppet-modules-2014.1-21.8.el6ost.noarch


Steps to reproduce:
1. Install rhel-osp-installer
2. Create/run an HA deployment of Neutron+GRE.
Result:
During the run of puppet, get the following alert:
Alert: Unexpected value for parameter fencing_type: :.  Expect one of disabled, fence_ipmilan, or fence_xvm                                                                                                          
Alert: /Stage[main]/Quickstack::Pacemaker::Common/Notify[Unexpected value for parameter fencing_type: :.  Expect one of disabled, fence_ipmilan, or fence_xvm]/message: defined 'message' as 'Unexpected value for parameter fencing_type: :.  Expect one of disabled, fence_ipmilan, or fence_xvm'   


Expected result:
No alerts should be produced.

Patch applied manually by sasha does not resolve this issue. It still seems to resolve to ''

miscommunication, patch does work as expected and is merged upstream

I deploy the same setup withe the latest puddle and i found no error on the controllers.

[root@** ~]# rpm -qa |grep rhel
rhel-osp-installer-0.3.6-1.el6ost.noarch
