Created attachment 939093 [details] hwcert LOG Description of problem: I have started certifying our 10Gbps Network card with Redhat hwcert suite. I am hitting below issue, while starting hwcert. Please try later. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Everytime I am seeing the same issue. Tried 5 times. Steps to Reproduce: 1.start hwcert-backend server start 2.start hwcert, while entering Red Hat Catalog User Name and password, I see below error. Actual results: Opening a new specification...Error: could not open a new certification: Bugzilla XMLRPC Service is not available at the moment.bz xmlrpc Bug.create failed: Either the product 'Red Hat Hardware Certification' does not exist or you don't have access to it. at Hwcert.pm line 223. Please try later. Expected results: Certification should get created. Additional info: Complete log is attached.
