It seems that libvirtd is enabled by default on the most recent scratch build from yesterday.
Test version: rhev-hypervisor7-7.0-20141212.0.iso ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.34.20141210git0c9c493.el7.noarch libvirt-1.1.1-29.el7_0.3.x86_64 vdsm-4.16.8.1-3.el7ev.x86_64 Test steps: 1. Boot from PXE, TUI install RHEV-H 2. Focus on the first installation screen. Test result: No livbirtd error appear, libvirtd service can work fine. So the bug is fixed with above build now, change bug status to VERIFIED.
