Description of problem:
Currently, when setting up DWH and Reports on a machine other than engine, engine-setup on DWH and reports machine asks admin to copy & paste certificates from/to stdout/stdin so that admin can manual sign these certificates using engine CA on engine machine.

Could it be possible to do this automatically using SSH (with the possibility of fallback to this "copy&paste" approach)?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. - install ovirt-engine and ovirt-engine-reports on machine A
   - install ovirt-engine-dwh-setup and ovirt-engine-reports-setup on machine B.
2. Setup engine using engine-setup on A
3. Setup DWH and reports using engine-setup on B

Actual results:
The installer asks admin to copy and paste certificates.

Expected results:
Signing using pki-enroll-request is done remotely via SSH.
