Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Gnome Tweak Tool. 2. Click ==> Desktop 3. Change background to some other picture (keep note of this directory). 4. In the directory where the picture was located now create a new document. 5. Gnome Tweak tool should crash.

My opinion is that violates the below criteria: Default application functionality All applications that can be launched using the standard graphical mechanism of a release-blocking desktop after a default installation of that desktop must start successfully and withstand a basic functionality test.
