Description of problem:
PDF output create a blank page 2 with chopped watermark for RHEV docs

4.2

How reproducible:
always

1. publican build --nocolours --formats="html,pdf" --langs=%{locale} --src_dir=%{admin_guide_book}-%{product_line} --publish
2. open the PDF

Actual results:
page 2 is blank and has a weird watermark

Expected results:
Either page 2 should have a good watermark, or page 2 shouldn't be there at all
