Doc Text:	Cause: Irrelevant Consequence: Up until now, it was possible to change the property "Wipe After Delete" for file disks only via the REST API. Fix: Enabled to do that also via the GUI. Description of problem:
created as clone of BZ #1122510,most cases are fixed,except for editing a file disk within VM tab.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.edit File disk that belongs to VM

Actual results:
wipe_after_delete box is greyed out
Expected results:
wipe after delete box shouldn't be greyed out as decided at BZ #1122510

patch 33243 should solve this one too, moving to MODIFIED.

this bug was moved to MODIFIED before vt4 build date thus moving to ON_QA.
if you belive this bug isn't in vt4, please report to rhev-integ
