Description of problem:
incron package is missing on EPEL 7

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
centos 7.0.1406

How reproducible:
yes every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add epel 7 repo to centos 7.0.1406
2. yum install incron


Actual results:
No package incron available.
Error: Nothing to do

Expected results:
install incron package
