Description of problem:
This bz is to track all leaks caused by different plugins.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a JON with all plugin packs
2. import all resources
3. invoke "restartPluginContainer" operation repeatedly

Actual results:
The permgen usage will increase until its depleted

Expected results:
No leaks and stable permgen

All bugs tracked by this BZ are either verified or modified. Setting it to modified, too, so that it can be correctly flipped by QE upon test completion.
