Description Dominic Cleal 2014-09-23 08:05:45 EDT
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1145335 +++

Description of problem:
The user has to pick an OS Family as part of configuring Installation Media, Partition Tables, and Operating Systems. Each dialog did it slightly differently. It's possible there are others that require the information as well, but those were the three that were immediately visible to me.

Operating Systems uses OS Family, and has descriptive text, which reads "The Operating System type".
Partition Tables uses Os family, with no descriptive text.
Installation Media uses Operating systems family, with no descriptive text.

Operating System should be common enough that we can get away with abbreviating it, especially since it's a dropdown with different types of Operating Systems in it, but it should be capitalized, and be OS. I don't think the descriptive text of "The Operating System type" really adds any value, and could be removed.
