Description Andrej Smigala 2014-09-23 16:19:02 UTC
The password for JDBC connection to Teiid server is reset every time JBDS is started

1. Define a new server and connect to it
2. Open the server configuration, switch to the Teiid Instance tab
3. Change the username and password for JDBC Connection (I'm using a password longer than 4 characters)
4. Verify the username/password by clicking Test JDBC Connection
5. Close JBDS and start it again
6. Notice the masked password is now only 4 characters long
7. Connect to the server and click Test JDBC Connection, this will fail with wrong username/password

JBDS 8.0.0.CR1
Teiid Designer 8.6.1.Alpha1
Windows, Linux
