Description of problem:
During running of TCMS 13644, import fails on step 1:Import template from export domain and check that it's visible at templates tab. Exits with the error:
Operation Canceled Error while executing action:  rhel-guest-image-6.6-20140918.2.x86_64: ACTION_TYPE_CPU_PROFILE_EMPTY

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Follow the steps on TCMS 13644.


Actual results:
Import of rhel-guest-image template fails.

Expected results:
Import should succeed.

this bug status was moved to MODIFIED before engine vt5 was built,
hence moving to on_qa, if this was mistake and the fix isn't in,
please contact rhev-integ
