Rebased packages to openstack-neutron 2013.2.4 Highlights, important fixes, and notable enhancements: - added new options to optionally delete unused namespaces, namely: dhcp_delete_namespaces for DHCP agent, router_delete_namespaces for L3 agent, options are disabled by default; - multiple performance and stability optimizations in Neutron Server and L2 Neutron agents; - OVS Neutron agent: fixed multiple errors with VLAN tags not being properly set for managed ports; - DHCP agent: simplified use of metadata service with external routers; if no DNS nameserver is provided by Neutron server, and if multiple DHCP agents serve the same network, then instances are provided with a DHCP option that specifies multiple DNS servers, one per DHCP agent; - ML2: fixed an error when a GRE/VXLAN segment that was previously allocated to a deleted network was never reused; - L2 population: now cleans up tunnels when the last port in a network goes down; - Linux Bridge Neutron agent: fixed an error when trying to reuse an IP address of a deleted instance when using L2 population mechanism; - other updates for vendor plugins: Cisco, Hyper-V, Mellanox, Nicira, PLUMgrid.
