1) Verify app can be scaled up/down.
2) Verify app can be auto scale up/down.
3) Modify app and gitpush, verify the change can be deployed to all gears.
4) Verify haproxy can do load balance when access app.
5) Verify HA can be enabled, the app can be access, and load balance works.
