Every odd time wine fonts are updated the fonts used in the 'Open Database' splash screen are not correct.

Will come back to this later today to provide more details and add attachments.

Where did you get these packages?  The latest, as yet unreleased, Fedora wine package is currently 1.7.27-1 (https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/wine-1.7.27-1.fc20), but yours is newer than that.

Some of the fonts included with Wine are of limited quality and/or coverage and are not entirely suitable for general purpose use.  You need to take this up with your Wine packager.  Suggest to them that they don't include Wine fonts on the system font path, and direct them to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1039763 for a discussion of this issue.
