Description of problem:
rhevm-branding-rhev is not required by rhevm-backend package nor any other rhevm-* package.
So after clean RHEVM installation this package is not installed automatically and so no RHEVM branding is applied.

1. Do a *clean* installation of RHEVM.
2. Check if package rhevm-branding-rhev is installed.
