The KDevelop releases now include a Python 3 version of kdev-python (kdev-python-1.7.0-py3.tar.xz) which works with a system Python ≥ 3.4, i.e. which doesn't need a bundled Python 2 anymore. Please import that new version into Rawhide and Fedora 21. (The plugin versions for Python 2 and for Python 3 cannot be installed in parallel, and the Python 2 version will never comply with our bundling rules, so I don't think it makes sense to make a separate kdev-python-py3 package, we should just replace kdevelop-python with the new version.) If you do not have the time or motivation to work on this, can you please orphan the package so we can pick it up, or at least approve jgrulich's and my ACL (commit and approveacls) requests? What is in dist-git now is not shippable at all, and in fact does not even build (see bug #992661 and bug #1107003), thus the urgent priority.

I finally got ACLs, I'm working on it now.
