Description of problem:
tried to create screenshot gallery in totem
SELinux is preventing totem-video-thu from 'write' accesses on the directory Pictures.

If you believe that totem-video-thu should be allowed write access on the Pictures directory by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:

# semodule -i mypol.pp
