Doc Type: Bug Fix
Doc Text:
Cause: On reconnect, a Qpid Neutron client created a new queue instead of reusing the old one. Consequence: Old Qpid queues could be left abandoned, using precious broker resources. Also, messages that piled up in the queue were never consumed. Fix: On reconnect, reuse the Qpid queue name to make sure we don't leave abandoned queues behind and consume all the existing messages. Result: No old Qpid queues are abandoned by Neutron AMQP clients.
