The procedure for creating a deployment has changed and must be updated in the documentation.

This involves the following key changes:

* Adding a step for network configuration
* Updating screen captures
* Updating the service parameters that can be edited

In addition, a new topic on configuring networking must also be added to outline the new process for assigning network traffic types to network interfaces on hosts.
