Gnome 3.13.92 in Fedora 21 Alpha does not remember the input source last used anymore. That might be a good thing because remembering the last input source was confusing (at least for some users), especially when different input sources for different windows were used, then the input source of the window which had focus when logging out was remembered. Now, Gnome uses the first usable input source in the list, which might be better and easier to understand. But in that case it would be useful if the user could easily choose which input source should be at the top. Currently one can only remove all input sources and add them back in the desired order which is not only inconvenient but also not obvious. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle. Changing version to '22'. More information and reason for this action is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_Program_Management/HouseKeeping/Fedora22
