Description of problem:
Layout breaks when configuring network with hosts having different nics

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create deployment with at least 2 hosts
2. Register an additional nic for *only* of the hosts
3. Go to the deployments#show page -> Hosts -> Assigned and select multiple hosts including the one with the additional nic 
4. Hit "Configure Networks"

Actual results:
Error message appears warning that the host doesn't have the same amount of interfaces and the layout breaks, multiple menus appearing on top of each other

Expected results:
Error message should appear, the layout shouldn't change.
